Nessie

Team 8033's Inaugural Robot was designed, constructed, and tested in 2019 by our founders. Although it was unable to compete due to the COVID-19 lockdown, our team bonded in the process of making it. It features a low cargo shooter, a dual-piston extending intake, and a control panel with acolor sensor underneath.

Whirlpool

Highlander Robotics' second robot, at a size of 29x29x26 inches and at a weight of 110 pounds, Whirlpool sports a Swerve drive, a hood-style shooter, a cable-track climber, and a circular, revolving routing mechanism capable of carrying 5 balls.

Highlander Robotics's 2022 robot has a small frame fitted with a simplistic square swerve drive, a dual-purpose router/shooter subassembly capable of holding 2 balls, an over-bumper intake, and a two-stage climber.
